Lulu Properties LLC develops and manages shopping malls in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Lulu Properties is a division of Abu Dhabi based Lulu Group International. The group own and operates one of GCC’s largest chain of hypermarkets – Lulu, with over 130 hypermarkets in addition to 15 shopping malls and 100 community centers across the GCC, Egypt ,Malaysia, Indonesia and India.
Lulu Properties LLC, KSA currently operates 5 community centers and shopping mall within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company will open 7 community centers and 2 shopping mall in KSA by the year 2020.
